Dear Patients,

I want to let you know that I will not be coming back to Family Medicine. It has been an honour to care for patients at OOHC, and I am very grateful for all the support I have received. But I need to adjust the kind of work I do so I can take better care of my health and wellbeing.

You will need to find a new family doctor. The doctors at OOHC are not able to take on more patients. A new doctor will be joining OOHC on October 14, 2025 and he will book “Meet and Greet” visits. Please note: he will not automatically become the doctor for my patients. You can also look for a doctor through the Family Doctor Finder. If your medical needs are more complex, you may also get help from an Access Centre close to your home.

Doctors at OOHC/LifeSmart will continue to refill prescriptions until December 31, 2025. OOHC will keep your medical record on file. If you would like your record sent to your new doctor, please call OOHC at 204-691-1600. Please be aware that there will be a cost for this service.
